June 16th. I  love it.

More love is happening here, people.

First thing up this week, using power tools. I love it. In my current job, I don’t get a lot of opportunities to fix things by myself due to the lack of proper tools. The one thing I do have in my desk is a power drill. It gets used very seldom, but this week I started taking off the arms of desk chairs for the Academics office. I planned only doing a few chairs, but now I find that I need to do the entire computer lab. I really don’t mind; I’d rather be doing things myself anyway.

I love it.

Next up, “Curious George.” I love it. While it may be a kid’s show, I have been watching quite a bit of it on Netflix. It’s something good and wholesome to have on in the background when I’m doing other things like writing or cleaning. Last week’s show was “Jake and the Neverland Pirates”, which I loved even more. I’ll have to wait until they release more episodes before I can watch that again.

I love it.

Finally, Auggie. I love him. I finally have someone to talk to in my apartment, and even better, all he can do is listen (although I’m sure he’s thinking things very loudly trying to make me hear him). He listens to me sing, and read out loud, and he likes to wander around the house. I am worried about him though, because I’m not sure if he’s eating. I’m hoping he’s not on a hunger strike. I think he likes me though, because he lets me pet his head – he doesn’t try to scrunch back into his shell.

I love it. It’s great. Everything’s great.

I love it.
