Water, water everywhere.

If you’re like me, then you have a really hard time making the healthy choice when it comes to choosing a beverage (or you go all day without drinking anything at all). In order to remedy this for myself, here’s what I’ve done:

I made the most convenient drink in my fridge water. I loaded up my door with 4 water bottles plus a pitcher of water that way it’s always cold. Now, when I open the fridge, instead of reaching for a Dr. Pepper or Vanilla Coke, I grab a water bottle because it’s just that easy.

I take a water bottle with me wherever I go. I am terrible at being hydrated. I can go a whole day without having anything to drink at all. I noticed this was starting to wear on me when I was tired all the time and felt like garbage. So what did I start doing? I  bring a water bottle with me everywhere. When I’m at work, in the car, at the dog park, everywhere. I drink more water now because if it’s there and available, I’ll drink it.
