July 6th. I love it.

Love, love, love!

First up this week, my mom’s food. I love it. I told her I didn’t want to gain ten pounds on this trip and so far, I haven’t. Only six. But I don’t really care. We’ve had two BBQ’s, eggplant Parmesan, pancakes, salsa, and so much more. I missed all of this food while I was in NOLA (but there’s a lot of good food there, too)!

I love it.

Next up, the Hooligans. I love it. I got to see my honorary brothers on Saturday, and we did what we always do; went crayfishing, ate ice cream, played basketball, shot guns, and just caught up in general. I miss them lots. And they kept saying they missed me, too, which I liked. I  told them we’re going to have to Skype more often. They need to come visit me next.

I love it.

Finally, my family. I love it. It just so happened that on this trip that Mike was home too, so the whole family was back together for the first time since December. On this vacation, I told my parents that I didn’t want to do anything, and other than a Captains game and some Hooligan quality time, that’s just what we did. It was glorious.

I love it. It’s great. Everything’s great.

I love it.
