December 28th. I love it.

Christmas is over but there was so much to love!

First up this week, new movies. I love it. Our family tradition on Christmas is to go to the movies. Last year, we saw “Walter Mitty”, but this year we went above and beyond and saw two movies: “Annie” and “Into the Woods.” I loved them both (probably because they are both musicals). I even bought the soundtracks once I got home and have been jamming out ever since. Now I just need to see “Unbroken”, “Night at the Museum 3” and “The Hobbit: Battle of Five Armies” and I’m all caught up.

I love it.

Next up, the zoo. I love it. Keeping with another Deas family tradition, we went to the zoo the day after Christmas (well, we changed up this tradition because we usually do it the day after Thanksgiving but we weren’t all together then). The best time to go to the zoo is in the winter because there are less people and the animals seem to be more active. But that’s just an observation, not a fact.

I love it.

Finally, Christmas (obviously). I love it. I love Christmas because that means that everyone is home and together and considering my brother and I both live far from home, we both make sure we get home for the holidays. I was quite disappointed that it didn’t snow the entire time I was home (and the weather was actually very pleasant), but I guess that means that my flight won’t be delayed tomorrow. Now I get to look forward to coming home again this summer.

I love it. It’s great. Everything’s great.

I love it.
