April 26th. I love it.

We’re talking about love people.

First up this week, Monkey Kingdom. I love it. Thanks to our lovely friends at Disney, we can contribute to the earth just by watching a movie! Every year for Earth Day they release a Disneynature film, and this yeah is was about a monkey kingdom. The story was so interesting and it was great being narrated by Tina Fey. Next year? It’s about pandas!

I love it.

Next up, City Greens. I love it. Brian and I went there yesterday for lunch at it wasn’t what I expected at all (in a good way). It’s like Chipotle but with salads and wraps. Can you say delicious? My Taco Truck Wrap was amazing and Brian’s BBQ chicken wrap was pretty good too (but I liked mine better).

I love it.

Finally, my new friend, Reece. I love it. Reece is a pretty cool dog that I’m looking to adopt to help with some of my issues (although there are plenty more). She is super relaxed, quiet, and obedient. I think she knows she won’t be allowed on the bed, but we’re still working on the couch. I hope she likes me and stays forever!

I love it. It’s great. Everything’s great.

I love it.

April 19th. I love it.

Let’s talk about love.

First up this week, my new job. I love it. Don’t be alarmed. I’m still at Tulane but I’m also working with the Zephyrs again as part of the grounds crew. I’m doing it more as a hobby (but I can always use a little more money).

I love it.

Next up, Chinese food. I love it. I’d been craving it like no other, so Brian and I ordered it last night (neither of us felt like cooking). Can I tell you how much I love sweet and sour chicken? A lot, people. It’s delicious.

I love it.

Finally, Furious 7. I love it. We deviated from the usual schedule this week because I had to work Thursday night and we didn’t see a movie on Thursday so we saw Furious 7 today. Wow. Was it ridiculous at times? Yes. Did it make me miss Paul Walker? Yes? Am I happy I saw it? Absolutely.

I love it. It’s great. Everything’s great.

I love it.

April 12th. I love it.

So much love, people. I mean it.

First up this week, game night. I love it. My Louisiana family got together on Monday for tacos and Mad Gab. My sister was in town and she even got in on the fun. Can I tell you how good I am at Mad Gab. So good. My team lost, and we lost at Heads Up too, but we had fun and that’s all that matters, right?

I love it.

Next up, the YMCA. I love it. While Brittany was here, we went and took a look at the local Y. I’ve been looking for a place to work out and nothing seemed right for me. At the Y, though, I actually felt totally comfortable and I love going there. That’s what you need when you’re trying to better yourself.

I love it.

Finally, road trips. I love it. A bunch of us from work took two days off to drive to Houston to see the Indians play. We got free tickets for both games, plus free hotel rooms, and only paid for food and gas. What? Plus, the Tribe won both days! Double what?

I love it. It’s great. Everything’s great.

I love it.

Road Trip!

As an Indians fan living in New Orleans, I don’t get to see my team live and in action. This week though, I found myself driving to Houston to see two games in the Opening Series of the Astros vs. the Indians. I usually have to wait well into the summer to get my pro baseball fix.
