April 24th. I love it.

Crazy fun week, my friends.

First up this week, Atlanta. I love it. Bud and I met my dad there on Tuesday to catch some baseball at Turner Field before they build a new stadium. Overall the ballpark is nothing fancy but our seats were great both days. When we weren’t watching baseball, we were walking downtown, visiting the World of Coca-Cola, and eating. You always need culture on baseball trips, right?

I love it.

Next up, Mount Airy. I love it. After Atlanta, we headed to North Carolina with my dad so Bud could see our family’s establishment and take a look at Mayberry. Again, there was a lot of eating and walking, but we also managed to go to the Andy Griffith Museum, Wally’s, the Courthouse, went in and out of shops, and made our own bags of candy at Opie’s. I love it there. It was hard to leave.

I love it.

Finally, being home. I love it. I love traveling and visiting the people that I love but I also love being at home with my cats, sleeping in my own bed, and not spending large amounts of money to be entertained on a daily basis. I think I need a vacation from my vacation!

I love it. It’s great. Everything’s great.

I love it.

April 17th. I love it.

Love it.

First up this week, guacamole. I love it. This might sound weird, but considering I’ve had guacamole with every dinner I’ve had this week, it must mean that I love it. I put it on tacos, burgers, quesadillas, and much more. It’s so good on everything!

I love it.

Next up, Dance Moms. I love it. I know ice said this before, but I guess I really love that Brian understands my obsession and doesn’t mind when I hide in our bedroom to binge watch season 2. It’s just so good!

I love it.

Finally, my kitties. I love them! Yesterday, Yogi and Maisy turned 1 yesterday! They clearly still have some things they need to work on health wise, but seriously, I can’t believe they’re so old! We got Yogi in August and Maisy in December and they both have the best personalities.

I love it. It’s great. Everything’s great.

I love it.

April 10th. I love it.

Love, friends.

First up this week, presents. I love it. Bud and I had to go grocery shopping which, for us, is quick and to the point, but yesterday we got sidetracked twice. The first present was the new Star Wars movie, which was a present to myself. The second present was from Bud and it was a C3PO Funko Pop figure. I love it! But we need more shelves!

I love it.

Next up, China lights. I love it. Today we met our friends in Mid City, had an excellent dinner and dessert, and went to City Park to see the China light displays. My favorite part was the huge Chinese dragon and the flowers over the walkway.

I love it.

Finally, getting no some sun. I love it. Well, I’m not a huge fan of my farmer’s tan I got this weekend, but it feels good to no longer be a pasty freak.

I love it. It’s great. Everything’s great.

I love it.

April 3rd. I love it.

First up this week, my new phone. I love it. I got a new phone because the screen on my old one decided to stop working. It wasn’t terrible but it was irritating. I’d had it for over 3 years anyway, so it was time. And a new phone means a new case so my new one looks like a book and can also act as a wallet.

I love it.

Next up, new books. I love it. I know I don’t need them, but when the Parish has their bi-annual book sale, I have to go. Great deals. Great books.

I love it.

Finally, having Sarah visit. I love it. Considering Friday was a wash-out (so much rain) we still had fun laying in bed reading and snuggling with Yogi. Yesterday and today were jam packed with a trip downtown, beignets, Harrah’s, restaurants, ice cream, cats, son-balls, and the zoo. I can’t wait until she comes again!

I love it. It’s great. Everything’s great.

I love it.
